- TECNISATA GROUP PROMOTES DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FOR LEADERS -
- We have been providing training to our Team Leaders aiming towards the development of competencies to better manage and prepare their teams to the increasing challenges of the market.
- This training took place at Micronorma last year and is now taking place at Tecnisata. It consists of an alternation between exercises and critical self-reflection of the team, addressing topics such as:
- - Communication
- - Beliefs and Judgments
- - Feedback
- - The Team's Mission and Vision
- - The 4 C's of the Team's success: Competitiveness, Creativity, Cohesion and Coordination
- - Competencies and Priorities of a Leader and his role in a high performance team
- - How to challenge and develop the employee
- - Goals and commitments of the team and each participant in terms of their evolution
- Two monitoring moments are planned for the middle of the year, to analyze the successes and failures of the team's evolution and to identify new evolution goals.
- We consider the development of soft skills along side with technical skills, crucial to keep reinforcing all our professional relations, adding value to what we provide our customers.
