• We have been seizing this festive season to get all the team together in a dinner party. This year we started the tradition to distinguish some of our collaborators with most seniority in the organization, starting with employees with over 25 years of service.
• In these events we also give a small gift to our collaborators. This Christmas we decided to offer a symbolic gift, with a social and environmental purpose. We offered a tree, that will be planted until next spring and will be cared for 5 years, helping to restore and preserve our forest area. The Tree Sponsorship program "One Tree for the Forest" is a CTT and QUERCUS project. This year this has more meaning than ever before, due to the fires that devastated Portugal this summer.
